(Burning Man is a) Cooltown
We are an information and acculturation camp! We will have art and information from past years about the history of Burning Man and the 10 Principals, but mostly our focus will be on the theme camps of Burning Man. The fabric off the city that makes this such a ‘Cooltown’. We will parse the information about camps and share that with you. Did you know you can take a ballet class, get a henna tattoo, shoot tequila while you get your feet rubbed? I bet not! Wanna see a TED talk? What does 11:11 mean? Looking for a snuffaluffagus for that scavenger hunt… Look no further. All of this in a 20×30 misted shade structure. Our goal is to acculturate new burners and rejuvenate the old salty veteran. Discover your own path, or you can join us each afternoon as we hit the streets of Burning Man in a mobile misted shade structure and check out what makes Burning Man such a “Cooltown”.Hometown: Sacramento

Our five psychedelic neon Saturn rings represent the Olympic ideals of Friendship, Respect, Inspiration, Courage, and most of all – THE TAKING PART – all the kind of characteristics we all like to see at Burning Man!Hometown: London
The 3rd Alternative camp mindset is perfectly aligned with the 10 Principles of Burning Man, by adopting the 4 paradigms to 3rd Alternative thinking; I see myself, I see you, I seek you out and I synergize with you. We practice self-awareness and value the different viewpoint that others represent; we seek to understand that viewpoint thoroughly and find synergy – you and I together are far greater than we are alone.
Our camp features live music every night, by Daring Greatly. Their goal is to continuously share the message of being fearless, free and vulnerable – to ‘step inside the ring’ and to dare greatly. Their philosophy is to remain relevant, connected and creative. The 5-piece group gathers heavy influence from the 60’s & 70’s classic rock era – offering a contrastive music alternative to the Burning Man community.Hometown: San Diego

747 Big Imagination
The sky’s the limit, and welcome about the “747 Experience”. entering the 747 aircraft, the largest moving art car ever to grace Burning Man, each visitor will be checked onto the plane, and through the Insecurity Checkpoint where they can receive hugs and praise from our crew members and volunteers. Proceeding further into the 747 fuselage, they will be asked to fill out an Emotional Baggage Tag, to let go of anything holding them back. Once completed, they hang the tag on the wall of baggage handles. Next, a flight attendant asks them for their destination (where they are going on their journey through life), which will be shared on a Boarding Pass. This pass is hung onto the Destination wall. Once completed, the traveler is given a pair of airplane wings.
Come and be inspired, and dream of what is possible, while letting go of the things that hold you back in life.
