VOLUNTEER WITH THE FIRE ARTS FESTIVAL

Get involved, meet new people, and help create the exciting Fire Arts Festival this week!!

Current volunteer needs for the Fire Arts Festival:

Wednesday and Thursday: Daytime help is needed for setting up the Arena outside. (Weed abatement, setting up tarps and tents and other odd tasks) Please drop on by the Crucible 1260 7th St in Oakland from 11am to 7pm both days and I’m sure they can put you to work. Your contact person is Joe.

Saturday day: from 12-3 and 3-6 we need a few folks to help monitor the art and assist with the children’s field trip coming in to the Crucible. Email volunteer if this interests you.

Saturday night: We need a few security folks and bar-savvy folks to help during the 9:30pm-12:30am shift. These are not paid positions. Please email volunteer and let them know which position you would like. They will let you know what time to show up and who to check in with.

Sunday Sunday Sunday! Afternoon breakdown of the event. Come one, come all to help us disassemble the stage, tents, tarps and what-nots. The more folks, the less time this will take. Email volunteer to let them know.

Thanks to everyone helping out with this amazing event!
