PANORAMA offers 24 hour unobstructed 360 degree views of Black Rock City and the surrounding environment from 30 feet above the playa. Most climb stairs every day, but rarely do we do it with a sense of excitement over what we can gain by reaching the top! Join your fellow citizens in elevating your perspective!

Paradise Motel
Paradise Motel, established in 2008 with members hailing from our Default World locales of SF and LA, is the most garish of roadside motels; yet the best of the “no-tel” genre, where weary travelers are invited to stop in for a snow cone and enjoy some progressive beats while lounging by the “pool”. Join us for snow cones, a chill place to relax and to find out what other fun things there are to do in the Gayborhood at our Concierge Desk every afternoon, Sunrise yoga most mornings, and our “Gypsy Mirrorball” event on Tuesday.

Planetarium Camp
The Planetarium’s star speckled outer walls surround low seats inside to give the participant a view of the night sky, free of the light glare from Black Rock City. Additionally, “artificial” constellations, meteors (Some making shapes), UFOs and other celestial events are superimposed over the real night sky in real time.

Playa Biker Bear / Spin Cycle
“Playa Bike Repair” is both a service and a theme camp. ON-Playa: We run a “Bike Lounge,” with a bar, mist, music, shade, and tools. Mechanics drop in. Friendly, nurturing, and supportive, they will gladly help you fix your bike! Last year, we helped over 4000 people fix their bikes! PRE-Playa, we offer bike rentals and transport; your support funds Playa Bike Repair. Volunteers, mechanics, and campmates wanted.
