Burning Man accepts no corporate sponsorship. Coffee sales just pay for
the Center Camp tent and decor, all coffee servers are unpaid
volunteers.
Ice sales and recycling profits are donated to local charities. The
exclusively off-playa Burning Man t-shirts and calendar sales are
break-even enterprises.
That’s why it takes it takes over 3,000 VOLUNTEERS to make
Burning Man happen and keep ticket prices as low as possible!

Please stop by for a multitude of experiences. Cool off on the Mr. Mister stage or get some beautiful art work done on your beautiful body or just chill out at the Vamp Camp bar. Fear nothing and hope for everything!

Velvet Soulmine

Velvet Soulmine is a continually evolving cozy chill space where you can indulge in sharing your hopes and overcoming your fears. We have created a Morracan/Asian style chill dome crossed with a contemporary mine-shaft entrance to create several different areas of the camp. In the bar you can work on your dipsophobia or amathophobia (fear of drinking & dust, cuz there’s plenty of both for you to encounter). If you are gymnophobic and or aphephobic then you must stop by to have your nude body painted. If your fear is of excess, then the 9th Annual Southern Style Vodka party is for you, where wretched excess is never enough.

At Vertical Camp we answer the Burning Question–“What happens when BRC runs out of space?”
The answer is simple– Go Vertical!
In the age of suburban playa sprawl, come breathe the fresh air of dense urban living at it’s best. Visit our rooftop deck and check out the Man from the top of BRC’s first and finest high-rise condominium tower.

Vietnamese Iceed Coffee Camp

Come be refreshed with yummy caffeinated drinks! Hang out in our shaded bamboo grove while you enjoy your authentic Vietnamese Iced Coffee hot or cold.

Skateboarding, Alcohol, Live Rock & Roll; this is punk fucking rock and make no mistake about it. We have a solid miniramp that can handle what you got, our stage can handle your band, and our bar will satisfy your most alcoholic of desires(we’re not a kids camp so forget it you little bastards).

Voted Best Camp

Skateboarding. Alcohol. Live rock & roll. There is no deep meaning to this theme camp ladies and gentlemen. Bring your appetite for booze; those underage need not apply. We will be constructing a mini skatepark for your shredding pleasure and encourage burners of any age to try their luck at riding the plywood. And the live rock and roll. This is music of the fast and loud variety and is almost certain to be offensive. This is dirty punk rock. And those of you that will be attending the arts festival with your band are strongly encouraged to bring your gear and play our stage. We’ll have a drum kit so if you don’t want to hear your drummer cry about getting dust on his pearly kick drum, you don’t have to. We are extremely friendly and welcome everyone that seek any or all of the aforementioned thrills. We sleep in the day. And although the bar will most likely be open in the daytime, night is when we shine. Se ya there.

VW Bus Camp

VW Bus Camp welcomes all arriving on the Playa in a VW Bus or other strange and unique camping vehicle to join us, now in our 9th year at Burning Man. In 2006 we shall conspire in The Bat Cave and play Hoops and Beer in our most beautiful VW Bus village!
