FAFA Camp

It all started with “F***ing Awesome French Americans”, but now FAFA has become much more to all of us. In 2012 we bring to BRC an enhanced version of our “Message To the Future” installation: a machine to send videos to your friends or yourself into the future.

FALLOUT SHELTER

Welcome Home and escape the elements in our 16X32 Military tent while listening to music, playing playa games in our Nuclear Arcade and have a cool drink at our bar. We light up your night with chasing lights and other eye candy and blow your Burner mind with daily activities. Come FALLOUT with us!

Feed the Artists

Started in 2007, with Larry Harvey’s blessing and support, FtA has fed tens of thousands of burners, and actively modelled the concept of creating community through the sharing of meals at BRC and far beyond. You never know when we’ll show up, but when we do, you’ll be treated to some of the finest food ever gifted on the playa!

Flamin' Merkin

Flattery Camp

At Flattery Camp we practice the fine art of flattery. We aim for sincerity, originality, humor, hospitality and comfort in the shade. Have we told you yet today just how Fabulous You Are !!!

Flirt Camp

Flirt Camp is an amazing, chill and opening space where you can play with that juicy energy of flirting and seduction. Come for the guided meditation, flirting workshops, cocktail parties or dance parties! We have an always open chill space for lounging and socializing.

Flock Ewe

Flock Ewe is home to BAAAHS, the Big-Ass Amazingly Awesome Homosexual Sheep. It is part mutant vehicle, part penetrable sculpture, part chill lounge, and part socio-political statement. His rear-end is where your journey begins. Slide inside and let his fuzzy wool cover preconceptions and cushion inhibitions; follow him blindly into the delicious intercourse between queer, gay, straight and everything in-between.

Floristonia

Floristonia is a welcoming oasis of homegrown hospitality and a soft place to fall. Food, drink and counseling to weary and dusty travelers is always available.

Free Photography Zone

For 15 years I have been photographing and giving prints to all participants of BM. Each person is photographed in a studio setting using instant print film and then photographed on medium format B&W film.

FreeStyle Palace

FreeStyle Palace 2013: Playa Talent Incubator. A collaborative music play space and sound stage featuring Live Open Jams and nightly hip hop shows from sunset to about 2:00 am. Our stage and our microphones are open to all comers. Part alchemy and part black magic, FreeStyle Palace is an amalgam of sophisticated and authentic Urban Underground music and culture forged by the heat of the Black Rock Desert and polished by the collective talent of the Burning Man Community.

Friends United!!

It’s always “Recess Time!” at Camp Friends United. School’s in session; join us from 12-2pm every weekday for a rotating selection of old-school blacktop games and schoolyard fun. Bring your game face!

Frogma

Frogma is the little theme camp that could, where everyone is your friend and neighbor! Hop on over to our lily pads Monday through Wednesday at 5:00pm for BRC’s one and only Hoppy Hour. Serving up ice cold slushy Frogaritas in our dome sweet dome. You’re guaranteed to make a rainbow of connections.

Frum's Utopian Center for Kindred Spirits

A center of fun loving interaction, getting acquainted, enjoying music, dance, self expression and happy hour refreshments.

Fucking Unicorn Camp

We’re a feisty crew of mono-horned beasties who frolic about, night and day, delivering rainbows and whimsy to our fellow Black Rock City citizens. Come ride our Disco-corn, monkey about on our climbing structure, join us as we cruise the playa on the Imagination Machine, or sit back and gaze at our LED rainbow while aerialists dazzle you with their magical feats and sweet beats caress your aural canals.

Funk Camp

We will host a deep funk / irish coffee dance party on Tuesday night. We’ll be serving up legit 70’s old school funk alongside of current funky grooves as well. Stop by any day of the week for our good intention book exchange. Bring a book that has had a positive impact on your life (or even just a really good book) and find a new one to help drive you into the next chapter of your life.
