Serving morning Bloody Mary’s and cold alcohol Tiki Punch for ages 21 and over. Enjoy the sounds of classic rock in a cool, relaxing clothing optional environment. Pull up a stool and enjoy a conversation. You never have to get naked to enjoy but if you do, you may get “leid”. Come party with us & please bring your own cup to be LNT friendly. People's Art Congress

People’s Art Congress, where the people and the art are one. All Black Rock artists are invited to participate in the evolution of the People’s Kaleidoscope, an interactive art project. You provide the imagination – we provide the paint and brushes.

Persian Excursion

Kick up your feet and recharge your adventurous spirit in our cozy & cool ambient oasis by lounging in our hammocks, receiving a soothing henna tattoo, enjoying the belly dancers, sipping refreshing Moroccan mint tea, misting a new friend, and sharing fine Turkish tobacco from our hookahs.

Phantasmatis Apparatus

Phantasmatis Apparatus is a camp celebrating the uncanny in technology,
the fascinating autonomy that mechanisms seem to take on, and their habit
of playfully subverting users’ intentions. Phantasmatis Apparatus in
Latin means “ghost machine”; it also evokes the word phantasm, or fantasy.
When technological devices go haywire, they open the door to new worlds of
imagination, pointing us in directions that we would not have envisioned
had they continued functioning according to design. Our camp features DI

This will be the place where the Philadelphia container will be dropped off. Come collect your gear & make sure to drop it off no later than noon on Sunday!

Pickle Joint

Pickles, served the way you like ’em: fresh, crisp, and brisk. Dare to try our signature, legendary playa cocktail, the Pickle-tini, or just sit at the bar and look cool. Since 2002.

Pigmalions: Boar Mitzvah

Pigmalions camp has traditionally served up delicious batch of hot bacon and bloody marys at 11am-ish every morning. This year we will be mixing it up with day and night time offerings. We will alternate service of bacon and blood mary’s Mon & Wed morning from 11am-1pm and serving hot toddies Tues & Thurs evening from 10pm-12am. We promise a relaxed atmosphere and good natured servers day or night.

Pillow Punch

Come try the Ambrosia known as PlayaPunch and step in the ring with your fluffy weapon of doom. Pillow Punch is a Pillow Fighting ring where all participants are invited to drink heavily of our specially brewed punch then do battle with pillows in an all out melee. Settle that grudge with pillows! Like Thunderdome only softer!

PINATAS REVENGE

Behold! The Pinata Strikes Back–and Revenge has never been sweeter! Look for the world’s only ‘Living Pinata’, roving the Playa. Find it swinging freely and fearlessly over the incredible PinataMobile. And if you dare to face it, choose your weapon carefully–because this Pinata fights back!

Pink Carpet (formerly SchweinKamp)

Pink Carpet bows in adoration to all pink and porky rites of passage – all that is bacon – and brings porcine love to fellow burners. It’s a space for interpersonal management refinement, fashion, and self-help for those cursed with hangovers, physical and metaphysical.

Pink Heart brings to you shade, shelter and a water bar in the Pink Lounge & Esplanade Viewing Station while you sit in soft furry pink comfort and look through our super hi-def portal looking towards the active Playa. We only get one channel… but it is AWESOME.

Planet Earth

Planet Earth is Black Rock City’s 80s and 90s dance camp, join us nightly to dance to New Wave, Goth/Industrial, Pop, Synth, and more starting at 8pm every night.

Planetarium Camp

The Planetarium is a walled roofless structure that provides a clear view of the night sky without the light pollution from BRC. Additionally, artificial celestial events, such as meteors, UFO’s, fake constellations, etc are superimposed upon the night sky adding a funny interactive element.

Play Practice Poi Camp

We gift sets of practice poi & teach basic moves of spinning poi (no fire.)

Play-a-Ground

Play-a-Ground Is made up of 3 32 FT. Galvanized Domes, One Dome hosts the McCauley sound system, the second hosts the “Body Bar”, and the third Dome is the “Main Event Bass Dome” Come Play with us on the Play-a-Ground.

Playa 54 – a happy little groove – Join us in the afternoon as L.A. local DJs spin the best of the 80’s, disco, house, and more. Come over and celebrate music with us, and get your groove on!!

Playa Bike Transport

“Playa Bike Transport” will transport your bike – anyone’s bike – from San
Francisco to BRC! Our camp” Bike Lounge features a bar, mist, music, piano,
shade, and bike repair tools. Mechanics drop in. We especially love
2-seater bikes and their riders (Pedicabs, Rickshaws, Tandems, Xtracycles).

We’ve combined many of the information services into one, easy-to-find, location in Center Camp: our famous Oracles who will answer all your questions; Directory computers on which you can register your campsite or locate a theme camp, find art, events, and your friends as well as send/receive messages; bulletin boards; and, Lost & Found.

Playa Jazz Cafe

The Playa Jazz Cafe is back for it’s 7th year with live nightly jazz performances and our signature Irish coffee. The Jazz Cafe is a musical sanctuary for the weary playa traveler lost in a sea of electronica. Musicians are encouraged to bring their instruments and help spread the magic of jazz!

Playa Prayer Flag Camp (aka "Terraform")

PPFC (aka Terraform last year) is a sanctuary from the intensity of Burning Man, providing a mellow & sacred space for you to come and artistically express yourself. We will have a mobile prayer flag making art car at The Temple, our camp, and throughout Burning Man, downtempo beats, and chill vibes. Stop by for a cool drink and take a load off…Namaste

PLAYA SURFERS

Playa Surfers are back with motorized surfboards and tarp surfing! Yup, get Pipeline style stand-up barrels! Of course, we will have surf instructors at hand to assist in case. Look for our traditional lifeguard tower #33 and in addition our new Wave Stage which will add beauty to our Esplanade frontage especially at night. We also will host a couple ragin’ sunset parties with some sick DJ line-ups being scheduled.

Playa-dentity

CAMP PLAYA-DENTITY will do our part by providing the fine citizens of BRC with their very own personalized laminated BRC ID Badge. Come by and chill while creating a memorable badge of honor where we will photograph your most valued physical attribute along with some fun who are you in the world responses and your of course your Playa address to help you find your way home after a crazy night of Playa FUN!

Playagon Village

The PlayaGon is an infinite-dimensional hyper-inclusive object containing futurists, scientists, artists, ‘free-range synergists’, and more.  In this object you’ll find minds looking forward, listening inward, and reaching out. Join us for mind expanding memes, rigorous debate, and good margaritas.

Playatel, Tweet, and Chill

Playatel provides a chill dome with high speed wireless internet for those
who want to Skype home. Also we will provide a secondary cellular base
station for free SMS and cell service across BRC in conjunction with Papa Legba Camp. We will also host the Playa Choir, performing at our 50 ft dome
on Sunday morning at 10:30.

Playawaste Raiders

No mutants allowed and we have games and stuff. This year, featuring Japanese pop artist Ken Hamazaki and awesomeness.

Playfully Yours

Our camp is well equipped and a safe environment for beginners and those curious in light BDSM (dungeonous) play. We also have an 8 ft chain web, petting zoo cage, and kneeling prayer bench that offer fun Burning Man photo opportunities for you and your friends.

Poly Asylum

Aahhhh it’s the asylum! Poly Asylum, that is. We’re both a refuge from the wilds of monogamy, and a place to be locked up for your own safety while you work out your nonmonogamy drama. We welcome all burners, monogamous and polyamorous alike, to stop in, be seen by experienced Poly Doctors, attend our workshops and parties, or simply be put in a straight jacket.

PolyParadise has been influencing the Hearts & Minds and Washing the Bodies of Playa Citizens from ‘2:00 – 10:00’ for the past 12 years.
