This is a place for kids to come and get a toy out of our toy boxes. Maybe you would like to bring a toy home to your child or family member that could not attend. Each of our toys comes with a custom label so they know where the toy came from. Come on by and help your self to our kids toy boxes.

Radio Electra

We put the ROCK in Black Rock City. Tune in for an eclectic array of music, mayhem and commentary. Theme camps, villages, and artists wishing to make radio announcements about events on the playa are welcome to stop in or contact us by email prior to the event. Celebrating our 12th year on the playa.

RAMPART Urgent Care

RAMPART Urgent Care is the premiere medical care facility in Black Rock City. Humboldt General Hospital operates the facility in partnership with the Black Rock City Emergency Services Department. RAMPART Urgent Care is fully equipped to handle any medical emergency.

Rancho Amarillo Collective

Come to the Rancho Amarillo Collective for what ails ya; see the playa from our deck or just dive in to a PB&J, any time of night or day. Get a spiked slushie from the Ice Palace, hang out in the dome tent, ride on the GrrrBug or Yellow Submarine, enjoy our mirrortopia and/or get heckled by Ajax, the One True Heckler of BRC. Attendance is mandatory. All is well, that is all.

Retrofrolic is an adult oriented camp offering games of pain and pleasure for prizes. Various sensual toys and furniture are available for lifestyle activities pertaining to exploration of interactive situations in the pursuit of the undulations of agony and ecstacy.

Reverbia (Live Music Camp)

Reverbia will feature Live Music with festival caliber bands who are currently active on the festival scene TBA. Join us for Live Music Morning Yoga, Beatles at Noon, Open Mic- 1pm-2pm, Singer/Songwriter Showcases, followed by Live band concerts, and Burn This Town Down (Collective musical jams in the late afternoon). Each night from Tuesday- Saturday 9pm-midnite, we will feature a concert with one or two acts. If you like live music… Reverbia is your destination.

RevoFuckinLution

Camp RevoFuckinLution is back for the third time with the coldest North West beers on the Playa. Serving from dusk till the kegs run out! Bring a cup, your ID, a joke, a stupid human trick, or anything that will impress our bartenders. We also offer various workshops and fun events during the day along with themed music nights for this year.

RhythmWave theme camp brings conscious dance and movement to Black Rock City. Several times every day, we will offer facilitated ecstatic dance (including 5Rhythms, Soul Motion, and Dancing Freedom), contact improv, sitting meditation, breathwork, drumming, yoga, and more – all on our unique, fully shaded bamboo dance floor. All are invited to join us in the experience of RhythmWave!

Camp Right There is a shady chill space where we encourange you to express yourself with the written word. Come in and write you thoughts, feelings and experiences on one of our daily boards or in one of the journals

RISA is just like the resort planet from Star Trek, renowned for its breezes and easy-going, uninhibited sexuality. Our main attraction at Risa this year

Rites, Rituals, and Traditions

The goal of this year’s exhibit will be to educate and involve Burning Man participants in understanding the important role that BLM plays in the protection and management of America’s cultural and historic legacy. Emphasis will be placed on how to experience the many wonderful opportunities that public lands offer each of us to experience, for ourselves, this great historic and cultural resource.

RockStar Orphans

RockStar Orphans, a small group of misfits from Seattle Wa, will be providing a “Roaming Spa” in 2011. We’ll travel the length of the playa each day, providing lucky individuals with spa treatments including: umbrella shade, aromatic misting, hair treatments, lotion, massage, reiki, makeup/face painting, a heart covered pair of new socks, and all the love and compassion YOU DESERVE!

So, if you see a lonely chair on the Playa that says “Sit Here!”, you’d best do it!

Rogue Burners

An eclectic neighborhood, camps clustered around an “open space” chill zone, a home for travelers on the endless journey, dharma bums, those booking passage to Erewhon, lost souls and madmen…not for everyone.

Roustabout 505 Circus Camp

A camp a silly circus wanderers from New Mexico and beyond! Come enjoy tutu-making, poi, hula hooping, belly dance, and juggling lessons, or come hang out and play on our aerial rig!

Rue Morgue

Rue Morgue is a sanctuary for grieving durring the day. Daily origami crane folding instruction during the day. Origami cranes are placed in our playatech Goffins for later transport to the years Temple burn. At night we party like zombies on jet fuel at the Infected Bar to the sounds of Industrial, Goth and a mix of whatever gets us up an dancing. Nighttime is a celebration of letting go.
