Here’s how the Patron of Black Rock City Program works:
Become a Patron by donating $2,500. Each $2,500 contribution gives you a direct link to purchase 1 (one) ticket to Black Rock City 2026 and up to 1 (one) Vehicle Pass — no registration requirements, no waiting in online queues, and no need to be available on a specific day or time. There is a maximum of 10 contributions per person (yes, you can contribute more than once to secure multiple tickets!). Please note that your Patron of Black Rock City contribution itself is not a ticket or vehicle pass. Please see Terms & Conditions for more information.
Contributions are nonrefundable and nontransferable. However, when you purchase your reserved ticket(s), they will be fully transferable (subject to the ticketing terms and conditions).
You will receive a unique ticket purchase link, and you will have an extended window of time to purchase ticket(s).
Patrons are guaranteed access to purchase tickets across all ticket tiers priced at $775 or more.

While both options are generous, no portion of a BRC ticket purchase is tax-deductible. The Patron of BRC contribution is fully tax-deductible and allows you access to all ticket tiers at $775 or higher. If tax-deductible philanthropy is of value to you, consider participating in the Patron of BRC program.
Is Patron of Black Rock City a ticket sale?
No. Becoming a Patron of Black Rock City is an opportunity to make a philanthropic gift that helps provide access for others by subsidizing Black Rock City costs — all while receiving a tax deduction and securing easy access to purchase event tickets. Does the Patron of Black Rock City program support Burning Man Project’s fundraising efforts?
Yes. Contributions made through the Patron of Black Rock City program go directly towards supporting Black Rock City operational costs and keeping tickets financially accessible for more people. Burning Man Project builds Black Rock City without relying on brand sponsorship or merchandise sales. Similar to local theaters, museums and ballet companies, we are an arts nonprofit that depends on philanthropic support from the community to build Black Rock City.
When will I receive my email confirmation of my donation to become a Patron of Black Rock City?
