
Decompression 2026: Oakland Edition! Vol II

The Loom, Oakland – Entrance at Livingston St. and 22nd Ave.
The 2026 San Francisco Bay Area Decompression returns to The Loom in Oakland on Saturday, October 17th, from 2pm – 12am (continuing until 3am indoors). The event will feature diverse, family-friendly daytime programming, nighttime celebrations, and hands-on art projects, maker and technology demos, speakers, workshops, a mini film-festival, food and beverage, and much more.
NOTE: The event entrance is at Livingston St. and 22nd Ave., Oakland CA 94606. Do not use the address the internet gives you for The Loom!
Convenient public parking will be available adjacent to the event site at 2000 Embarcadero, Oakland. There is also free street parking along the Embarcadero and in the neighborhood. Do not park in other private parking lots.
Please note that after 9pm all indoor spaces will become 21+ and require an ID-verified wristband for entry from 9pm – 3am.
