Looking for ways to get involved, co-create, and dive deeper into the culture of Black Rock City and beyond? Whether you are a seasoned Burner or a curious newcomer, the Summer 2026 Participation Fair is your ultimate gateway to participation!
On July 25, at 11am PT / 2pm ET / 8pm CET, the event kicks off with an action-packed lineup of fast-paced storytelling and interactive panels. You’ll get an inside look at Theme Camps, Art projects, and Mutant Vehicle crews, alongside essential Black Rock City volunteer teams like the Gate, Arctica, and Greeters. We will also explore year-round initiatives beyond the playa, including Burners Without Borders and the Regional Network, so you can connect with localized Burner communities right in your hometown.
Best of all, you’ll have the opportunity to jump into interactive breakout rooms to chat directly with the folks who make it happen, ask questions, and find out exactly how to get involved and contribute your unique gifts.
