Welcome to the B.E.D Bureau of Erotic Discourse! Our camp is dedicated to promoting consent culture at Burning Man by ensuring every theme camp has a BEDucator. We believe in the importance of education and empowerment when it comes to fostering a safe and consensual environment on the playa. Our team of passionate volunteers is committed to providing information and resources to help every camp create a respectful and inclusive space for their participants. BAAAHS Station
We’re the home of BAAAHS: the Big-Ass Amazingly Awesome Homosexual Sheep. You might know us as the 40-foot long rolling disco whose entrance, naturally, is through the pulsing pink sphincter in the rear. Day and night, we graze on the playa — laser eyeballs shining, beloved DJs spinning, dancy people flocking.
BAAAHS Station is our central depot where everyone is welcome to kick up your hooves. Come for our daily dance parties, get a view from our four-story watchtower, enjoy a lovely beverage from our friendly bartenders, and meet a homo or two.
We’re builders, artists, and techies at heart. Our DJ line-up combines world-famous names with up-and-cumming performers, with a focus on featuring queer artists. Our mission? Shear queer bliss.
Baalam
Our camp offers a vibrant, interactive space dedicated to community connection and fun. We provide free Mexican coffee, chocolate, and sweets, along with chill areas and casual activities for everyone to enjoy. We encourage creativity, inclusivity, and exploration, inviting all Burners to experience a warm and welcoming atmosphere where everyone can feel at home. Join us for a unique experience where sharing, laughter, and new friendships are at the heart of everything we do.
Backfire
A small camp composed of ASL signers that loves to bring a little bit of their community and experience to the citizens of Black Rock City!
We have Vietnamese Coffee and ASL every morning, along with our popular Lil Fixit Shop if you have something that needs fixing.

Backstage
Backstage is an experimental playground for light & sound where participants aren’t just spectators to a performance – they’re co-creators engaged in play. Backstage is not just a camp, but a living, breathing instrument and low-stakes stage where everyone has a hand in the creative process.
We invite you to step backstage and engage with a series of collective, evolving compositions, participatory experiences, and experimental performances.
Baconeers
Come visit the Baconeers for BACON, BOOZE and BEATS! 3 huge parties featuring 90’s Hip-Hop, break-beats, funk and more. We’re cooking up more than 300 pounds of bacon this year, so come get your fix. The new game plaza will have offer some weird and exciting fun. Evening videos, karaoke and periodic bacon sightings! Sunday from 6-9 PM. Tuesday from 2-5 PM. Thursday from 2-5 PM.

badlands
Badlands is a live music open jam camp.
Formed in 2011, we have always had a drum kit (or 3), amps, guitar, bass, keys, and a PA with microphones available for anyone that wants to come by and play. All levels of musicianship (within reason haha) are welcome!! We are open from 1-5 Mon-Fri and oftentimes have random night jams too! We have topless bartenders and bottomless drinks at our bar and a comfy shaded area with games and couches to relax, enjoy music and get out of the sun.
Badlands Bordello
The Badlands Bordello returns in 2025, bigger and badder. By bigger we mean more art car, more lights and music, more bars and bar games, bigger hangout spaces, and a great place to chill and party. By badder, we mean dumber. But like good dumb, not bad dumb, but still bad, but dumb and good at heart. Like bad good.
Bag o' Dicks
Free spirited camp with good beats, booze, and the friendliest bag o’ dicks around! Look for the big LED dicks in the sky and come say hi. A bag o’ dicks isn’t always a bad thing, come check out our dicks and judge for yourself. Come warm up your dick by our bonfire most nights or early mornings as well!

Battle Box

Bearwhalea
They frame the wildest theories upon the most irrelevant facts, or upon the merest fancies. Mr. Darwin thinks that whales may be bears which have enormously increased their bulk, washed their paws into fins by constant swimming, and stretched their mouths by keeping them open to catch insects in the water. So also he thinks that men and women may have been developed out of monkeys, monkeys out of mushrooms, and mushrooms out of ” monads,” or little clots of jelly. Where is the proof? Where is a single instance of a bearwhale, or a man-monkey, to be seen? Of course there is not one.
Beats 'n Deets
Don’t lose your shit when you lose your shit. Label it first at Beats ‘n Deets. We make labels for all your stuff with a mug shot style photo with you and your camp details on it making it easy for people to return it to you or easy to find at lost and found. And it’s a great souvenir.

Beaverton
Camp Beaverton is an intentional, experimental, and experiential Burning Man community theme camp. We are a group of queer women/trans/genderqueer/lesbian/bisexual/heterosexual/etc… or folks who are simply as wayward as the playa is dusty. We celebrate sexuality, self exploration, and respect for one’s journey through this life. Our goal is to provide a safe(r), brave(r) space that centers queer women, trans folks, and nonbinary identities on and off-playa. We encourage education, participation, inquiry, conversation, and self-reflection. We extend our goals to the greater Black Rock community by hosting workshops and social events.

Hate having skin on your knees? Come on by for daily wing lessons and bacon grilled cheese. Stretching and warmups will be provided so come by early and make sure your fit and ready to rip!
BIGTIME
Welcome to BIGTIME! Our BIG shade area will be the perfect oasis for weary burners seeking respite from the blazing desert sun. We’ll be serving up refreshing beer every day of the week, so drop by anytime and chill out in our comfy seating area.
We’re going back in time to serve up some of the best 80’s music during our hot pants 80’s day party on Tuesday from 2 – 6PM, and traversing time on Thursday during our all decades dance party from 2 – 6PM.
Friday we’re emptying our coffers and throwing a tiki-bash for the ages. Come by between 2 – 6PM for some of the best punch on the playa.

Bike Gods
Bike trouble got ya down? Come visit the Bike Gods, where we practice self reliant bike repair 24 hours a day. Our camp features 8 fully equipped workstations and spare parts. We have caring and compassionate bike mechanics to assist you M-F 10am-12pm. Out on the Playa, look for our Bike Gods Taxi Service running yellow tandems and our famous Lanterne Rouge art car.

Braiders on hand with all the supplies and skills to get you taken care of, including mirrors to check out your sweet self on the way out. No hair? NO PROBLEM. From 10am to sunset we have have hosted bar parties, new faces, new specialty drinks, new outfits and new music every two hours. Black Hole Literary Society
COME PLAY!! Grow old, not up. By day rest in our shady lounge and hydrate, color, knit, play games and talk. After dark, lose yourself in our 3-D black-light experience! Join us late on Thursday night for ‘Elvis Hour’ around 8 pm followed by a night of music with words through the decades and psychedelic rock. Black Rock Cinemas
Black Rock Cinemas is pleased to announce the return of “Movies on the Playa” with new features and events. We screen a selection of world class short films to entertain, amuse, challenge, inspire, educate and otherwise get the conversation kicked up a notch. Our large, air-conditioned Cinema Tent is perfect in the afternoon heat and our Outdoor Cinemas with fire pits and blankets are wonderful in the cool night air. We continuously screen 5-6 short films on a 75-minute loop. New films are presented every day. Be sure to check out our Late-Night Trash Cinema after 1:00am for an extra laugh. Black Rock City Welding & Repair
Welding, repair, adjustment and general tinkering help. Come on over to use our tools to repair your stuff or get our help repairing what’s broken. We repair bikes and all sorts of other things. Enjoy an adult or NA beverage at the Crowbar – our shaded walk up and sit down Bar.
Black Rock Disc Golf Club
Black Rock Disc Golf Club has a mushroom-themed disc golf course which embraces fun, games, friendly competition, collaboration, and creativity. We provide a place where folks can join together and throw one of the custom stamped discs loaned out at the camp. You can win one at one of our tournaments or events! The course is accessible 24/7, and discs glow in the dark so don’t hesitate to swing by late night/early morning for a round.
We also have some mushroom hazards on the course! We have tall ones, small ones, ones that glow, and ones that show you what disc golf is all about. It’s definitely a psychedelic experience to walk through, even if you aren’t in the mood to play a round. Just make sure to listen for the call of, “FORE!”
Black Rock French Quarter
Welcome to the bayou! Home of the infamous Golden Cafe cocktail lounge, ubiquitous Cafe de la Fin du Monde coffee house, legendary Black Rock Bakery, elusive Lonesome Gator Gumbo Cookery, subterranean Black Rock Wine Cellar, fermented and pickled Swine and Brine, and ever apologetic Domeakase sushi bar. Your home for elevated drinking, fine dining, and boring stories about the old days, since 2003!
Black Rock Labs The Expanse
Black Rock Labs is a Civic Support camp focused on testing/scaling/messaging climate smart regenerative technologies at Black Rock City and the Regionals. Black Rock Labs hosts a daily 1-hour Sustainability Talk Series at 2 pm and a Playa-wide tour on the Abraxas art car at 4 pm on Thursday to view BRC’s expanding deployment of renewables and regenerative climate smart activities.
Black Rock Migratory Bird Refuge
As urban communities like BRC threaten migratory birds, concerned citizens are banding together to protect endangered animals and habitats. This led to the formation of the Black Rock Desert Migratory Bird Refuge (BiRDMBR), a new outpost of the Desert National Wildlife Refuge.
With the creation of the Black Rock Desert Migratory Bird Refuge, birds will have a home in the Great Basin during their migrations as well as habitat preserved for year round residents including cougars, beavers, badgers.
BiRDMBR plans an extensive permanent Visitor Center with interpretive panels and interactive activities to engage participants of all abilities and ages.
Join us in our Visitor’s Center watering hole and nest for activities like Personalize Your Pee Jug, Bird Bingo, Nature Journaling, and more.
Black Rock Observatory Theme Camp
Black Rock Observatory is a mobile astronomical observatory dedicated to showing people just how amazing the universe is. Started at Burning Man in 2014, we have expanded beyond the borders of Black Rock City to educational institutions and events all along the West Coast.
Black Rock Piano Lounge
Black Rock Piano Lounge is the place to come and share your talent with a friendly audience. We bring great musicians to the playa but build our lounge for that spontaneous moments where the perfect vocals are combined with the best tuned pianos on the playa. Shit breaks on the playa. Electronic shit super breaks. Did you bring a full repair shop? No? Good news – we did. Come to camp MVC and our Blinky Things Hospital to leverage the tools, voltmeters, and engineering talent you need to troubleshoot your ride, exhibit or playa gifts and, hopefully, get it fully functional again. MVC is staffed by the creators of the eight-foot, LED illuminated, motorized, sound-infused Burner Boards (surfboards) you may have seen riding across the playa…. You might even get a ride! But no, we’re not going to build you or sell you a board.

We support the Mutant Vehicle Blue Bull — a glowing tribute to Maria Prymachenko’s iconic 1947 artwork. This powerful, star-covered beast roams Black Rock City, crowned, bearded, and illuminated with vibrant spirit. Made in Ukraine, the Bull brings art, light, and soul to the dust. Our camp stands behind the vision, the crew, and the journey.

BMIR
Burning Man Information Radio (94.5 FM) is your nexus for essential information on the playa. Check BMIR for late-breaking event announcements and a melange of music. In the event of an on-site emergency, tune into BMIR for rumor-free updates and advisories to surf the storm to a sane conclusion.
Come down to BMIR from 12-5pm each day to record event and camp announcements. Or relate your encounters with radical acts of gifting on-air to the city at large.
Body Shop
At the Body Shop, we believe bodies require regular maintenance. Our shop is a whimsical place where the worn down burner can relax their mind, refresh their body, and enjoy themselves for a bit before continuing on their journey. In the style of an auto-body repair shop, we are staffed with friendly mechanics ready to appraise, repair, and certify all of the bodies on the playa. Guests will enjoy a full gamut of traditional tune-ups reimagined for the human body: buffing, lubrication, oil change, painting, fueling, and waxing. We look forward to servicing you!
Bombees
Our camp will be offering a rooftop deck atop the Bombus Regius Steampunk Airship Art Car ( docked for the summer ) stationed within The Hive Village. Our upper deck event space will host a variety of events such as Karaoke, Dark and Stormy Story telling events, Tabletop and RPG daytime. The lower deck features a Tiki Bar plus some Fancy Festive and Fun pedal powered Rickshaws that will ferry guests from camp to the playa for adventures and Tiki Light Totems.

BS BOOZE CRUZ
Slow water rafting on the Playa. Our camp includes the actual 24 barrel barge you will need and the characters that make up the crew. During the day, these characters will present off the wall instructional presentations.. Semi Pro DJ’s will keep the vibe going under the sun but you can chill under the 40×40 shade structure. Choose your favorite float toy, some on top of coil springs, to rest your feet. At night the camp will feature a small campfire and 7pm to midnight music. Sit on our chairs and look at the stars under the blue camp lighting. The music theme will change daily. Of course we will serve at least one meal. It will be Elote, Mexican corn in a cup, on Tuesday. Bring your own spoon and cup.
Bubble Lounge
A queer-forward, wildly inclusive, bar and chill zone celebrating 26 years on playa. Featuring a three-story tassel-wrapped DJ and barker platform, a vibrantly lit body wash experience, ADA-accessible care spaces, a secret room, SHHH!, and a chill lounge where you can find reprieve from the chaos. Expect music, mischief, bubbly, and a caring group of folk in equal measure.
BUBBLEGASM
Bubblegasm is a mutant vehicle built to spread the joy of bubbles and lights with all those who ride on her or dance and play around her. Bubbles are a metaphor for life, fleeting and fragile and are a reminder about how precious our time is while we are here, and to make the most of each moment. And like each bubble, each person and their life is beautiful and unique. Bubbles are also temporary and once they pop they become part of the universe, just as we do when we die. When people encounter bubbles it is a like a rare moment of magic. They symbolize our childhood innocence, reminding us of a time when life was simple and carefree. When we see these glass-like orbs dancing in the air they remind us to live in the moment, let go, dance with a stranger, be silly – have a bubblegasm!

Bushwood Country Club
The Bushwood Country Club offers a challenging putt putt golf course. Golfers will experience the course with an expert golf caddy who will carry your clubs (clubs provided) and provide real time advice on the green. Bushwood Country Club also offers additional amenities such as music, a club house serving ice cold John Daly’s and Arnold Palmers, shade and friendship.
