During the event, Lost & Found is co-located with Playa Info at Esplanade & 5:45.
Lost & Found Hours
Lost & Found’s drop boxes are available 24 hours a day for drop offs of found items.
Playa Info’s digital directories are available 24 hours a day and enable you to search our photo database of found items.
Lost & Found is open for you to claim items that have been turned in and cataloged during the following hours:
- Gate through Labor Day: 9am to 6pm
- Post-Burn Tuesday (limited service): 8am to 11am

Looking for your lost/delayed Reno airport luggage? Playa Info receives a daily delivery of luggage from Reno for participants whose luggage lagged behind their arrival on playa. This luggage can be retrieved during Lost & Found hours listed above.
Mutant vehicles and theme camps: please bring found items to Lost & Found daily so they can be cataloged in the found items database.
About Bikes
Found bikes are not accepted at Lost & Found. Please leave the bike where you found it. Label your bike and lock it at all times.
Lost your bike? No bike is considered lost until the event is over. If you lose your bike, on Monday through Wednesday post-event you can check in with the Yellow Bike Shop (5:30 & D) to see if it was found during their abandoned bicycle collection process.
If You Have Already Left BRC
Post-event, start searching the found items turned in to Playa Info.
Also, fellow Burners may be trying to reach you to return your lost items. Connect with them on the ePlaya bulletin board, register and start your search. Found items can be posted on ePlaya as well.
